Digital Life & Administrative Coordinator
Role
We’re looking for an individual who’s interested in supporting our non-profit. Your multifaceted skill set will be challenged managing daily operations, developing connections to support fundraising, community partnerships, event coordination, volunteer management, answering emails, phone calls and most of all bringing a ray of happiness to the families we serve. As a member of our close knit team, you will support the organization’s work and create content and media for Facebook, Instagram, our blog and in connection with our partners. Additionally, this position is the key person for volunteers and families to connect with. We are looking for someone that would like the opportunity to grow with a position and join a team.

This is an office position with some remote working flexibility. Our office is located in Boulder.
Responsibilities
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
o Comfortable on the phone with all types of individuals
o Writing Letters; whether writing letters to potential donors, thank you notes, making requests, or communication with the families we serve, communication in writing is key.
- Lead the LFL team of volunteers: events, breakfast delivery, writing thank you notes
- Prospect, Cultivate, and solicit individual
- Identify & develop activities and events: creating community and support for families, stewardship and fundraising events
- Proficient at calendar coordination
- Be an inspiring and engaging voice in the community and an ambassador for Love for Lily
- We will consider transferable skill sets
Qualifications
- Innately models the care, compassion, and support reflective of Love for Lily’s values and mission.
- Communication Skills: email, phone, in person. This position requires excellent communication skills written and verbal as well as the ability to listen actively.
- Thinks strategically with the ability to put plans into action
- Clear understanding of social media platforms
- Work with our team on content creation across social media and our blog
- Self-starter, able to establish and cultivate relationships with individuals and business in our community.
- Project management, able to keep multiple projects moving simultaneously. The ability to prioritize and schedule multiple events and meetings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, social media and WordPress is a bonus.
- Comfortable recruiting and supporting volunteers on your team. Including managing events and office work times.
- Connection to the NICU a plus
This is a paid position 20-30 hours a week compensation starting at $18 per hour.
NICU Parent Coach, Group Facilitator
Role:
NICU Parent Coach and Group Facilitator. Sessions include Moms Groups and Family Groups and provide community, connection and support through coaching.
We are looking for a coach to join our team and help Love for Lily further our mission bringing support to families navigating the Neonatal ICU and life after discharge.
Responsibilities:
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Communication skills include: email, phone, in person. This position requires excellent communication skills written and verbal as well as the ability to listen actively.
- Coaching & Facilitation
- Coach parents navigating the Neonatal ICU.
- Facilitate Support Groups for the families of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(NICU) using the Love for Lily tools and training developed for use the in the NICU.
- Provides case management duties (telephone contact with families when necessary), consistently providing referral sources and information to further coping and understanding of the NICU and their role as a parent. Willingness to send and receive text messages from/to families.
- Input data into Salesforce.
- Support expansion and design of programing for new hospital partners; ensuring medical staff understands the program and agrees to support the services provided.
- Complete all required documentation, established program protocols and timelines.
- Willing to attends volunteer training at each hospital that we serve when requested.
- Open to learning. Continuing to develop knowledge is a core value in our organization.

Education, Certification & Requirements:
Must be a certified life coach and have 1 year of experience. Work experience with group facilitation is a plus.
Comfortable working inside of a hospital is essential.
All members of the Love for Lily team complete the Hendricks Institute Essentials training and Postpartum Support International PMAD training. We will help you to achieve these 2 pieces if we all choose this is a good fit.
*being a NICU parent of having a connection to the NICU is a plus not a prerequisite. Please share your why with us in your cover letter.

Care Coordinator, LCSW
Role
We are looking to expand our programing and offer services and support to families in the Neonatal ICU and post-discharge from the NICU through a Licensed Social Worker. Our goal is to provide an extension of care, matching families to resources, making referrals to social work within the hospital and/or county, and cultivating resource connections for the families we serve. This is a newly developed position within our team and there is an opportunity to help share the position into your dream job.

- Current LCSW or graduated and in the licensing process.

- Ability to use Salesforce is a bonus
