Starting this spring our LFL Connections Group will be open to all to learn from experts in our community and talk about motherhood – the beauty, the mess and most of all the sisterhood.
Whether you are a NICU Mama, or a seasoned mama, a new mama or a mama of multiples we hope that you will join us for this series.
LFL Connections is a support group for NICU mamas after their 1 year post-discharge anniversary, we meet via zoom every Wednesday at 1pm. We normalize the experience of a medically complex kiddo, we talk about tiny victories and IEP meetings. This group is always open to all NICU Mamas no matter which hospital you were served at, or where you are located. We hope you will join us.

Meet Diane Strassberg, MNT
Diane has been supporting the health of her community for more than seven years at Natural Grocers in Boulder, Colorado. As the Nutritional Health Coach she leads in-depth nutrition education classes for employees and customers, provides guidance to customers in the vitamins and supplements department, as well as offering private one-on-one free coaching sessions on a wide range of health-related topics. Her inspiration to follow this path first arose working in the fields of a vegetable farm on the Western Slope of the Rocky Mountains, where she reconnected with the source of our food supply and realized she wanted to share her passion for the healing potential of nature.
