Next week we are joined by Mark Prussin, Community Relations Representative of Team Select Home Care.
Come join us on June 1st to learn how to become a licensed paid caregiver for a loved one! If you are taking care of a family member or friend and they have Medicaid, you could become a paid caregiver, while getting the best training to do so for free! Even if you want to just listen in and learn about some really good and helpful Medicaid community resources, we would welcome you to join. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
Team Select Home Care is proud to be a care provider where treatment, recovery, and overall wellbeing come together. Offering Long-Team Care for both adults and pediatrics, we proudly provide Continuous Hours Nursing, Respite Nursing Care, 24/7 On-Call Service, Tracheostomy Care, Eternal Tube Feedings, Pediatric Therapy, and more catered to your loved one’s specific needs.
The Family Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program, known in some states as the Family Licensed Health Aide (LHA) Program, allows parents of medically fragile children to become paid caregivers at no cost to them. This program is currently available in Colorado, Arizona, and New Hampshire. Team Select continues advocating to implement the CNA?LHA Program nationwide. This initiative allows:
- Parents to be paid for the essential care they are already providing in the home.
- Medically complex children to receive continuous care.
- Potential full-time health benefits through becoming a CNA/LHA.
Life at Team Select is more than just a career. Team Select provides an environment where you can truly be yourself while making an impact.

Meet this week’s guest speaker:
Starting this spring our LFL Connections Group will be open to all to learn from experts in our community.
We will host guest speakers the first Wednesday of every month.
LFL Connections is a support group for NICU mamas after their 1 year post-discharge anniversary, we meet via zoom every Wednesday at 1pm. We normalize the experience of a medically complex kiddo, we talk about tiny victories and IEP meetings. This group is always open to all NICU Mamas no matter which hospital you were served at, or where you are located. We hope you will join us.
