Social Media & Administrative Intern
We’re looking for an individual who’s interested in supporting our non-profit and learning what it takes to operate. From daily operations, upcoming event coordination, social media, answering emails, and most of all bringing a ray of happiness to the families we serve.

MISSION STATEMENT
Empower. Support. Connect. To support families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit {NICU} through facilitated support groups, provide grants for insured families who spend 4 weeks or more in the NICU to help obtain therapies that support the wellbeing of their child(ren) or to ease the burden of medical debt. Love for Lily provides services and essentials to help families to thrive during and after life in the NICU.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote community events on our social media channels.
- Prepare blog posts in WordPress using existing drafts.
- Support Office Tasks; mailings, packaging, shipping, and more!
- Communicate with hospital staff and Love for Lily team to keep surveys and information flowing.
- Research: Grants, events and impact.
- Completes all required documentation, follow established program protocols and timelines.
- Co-create goals and have periodic meetings around success.
- Meet all hospital requirements. ie:flu vaccine, covid vaccine, background check
- Continue to develop knowledge.
- Support our Colorado Gives Day fundraising campaign via social media deliverables (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
- Assist with our NICU holiday gift delivery including: outreach for item donations, promoting volunteer events, and coming with us to deliver gifts during the first week of December.

Job Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Canva experience or similar software is a plus, but not necessary
- Basic understanding of WordPress or similar or willingness to learn
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
COMPENSATION
We can offer a stipend of $1,950.

OTHER INFORMATION
Candidates should be able to commit to 10 hours per week for 13 weeks. The dates of the internship can be flexible. The position can be hybrid, with the expectation of meeting in-person at least once a week.
Crafts & Volunteer Event Intern

- Completes all required documentation, follows established program protocols and timelines. Co-create goals and have periodic meetings around success.
- Meet all hospital requirements. ie:flu vaccine, covid vaccine, and background check.
- Continue to develop knowledge.
- Support our new Superstar Sibling craft program.
- Assist with our NICU holiday gift delivery including: coordinating making bracelets of love, organizing and assisting with volunteer events, and coming with us to deliver holiday gifts during the first week of December.
